13) It seems that my campaign is suspended? Can it be restarted?

Yes. It has been observed that most campaigns get suspended due to the presence of popup or a pop-under on the 'landing page'. In these cases, removing the popup or pop-under will facilitate us to reactivate and resume the campaign quickly. If your campaign is suspended, please login and check the reason for suspension and make the necessary changes, then contact us through the customer support channels for reactivation. If the changes cannot be made for some reason, make a similar page without the features blocking, and email us the new URL to promote. Make sure you include the username and password of the suspended campaign.

14) What happens if my websites hit counter does not reflect the traffic I purchased from you?

Please check the raw server logs in your hosting account. You will get the actual figures there. Hit counters are known to have some discrepancies over which reliability is lesser. Any disputes are referred in comparison to the raw server logs only. Having a extra tracking script would help in these cases.

15) My order was for 5000 visitors and I got only 250 after 3 days? Is there a problem?

It is absolutely normal for a campaign to begin slowly and then accelerate. We have systems in place that throttle traffic for maximizing results. However you can be sure that the traffic will be delivered in 30 days as stipulated.

16) My campaign is ending in 4 days and about 800 visitors are yet to visit my site as per the traffic purchased? Why?

This seems to be a very rare situation. This could happen only when the category you have selected is short of visitors. This is evident to you, only because we are very honest and show you the results live as and when they happen unlike most competition that may add a pop and multiply visitors by using scripts. However, since we cannot resort to such unethical tricks we honestly tell you why this might have happened. In these cases, the throttles come in use and you may see a remarkable jump in traffic in the next 3-4 days. In this case you may need to check your counting system. Please check if your web-server has been refusing visitors for some reason. Many hit counters suffer with discrepancies; always refer to the raw log files on your server for actual visitor count. Please forward your raw log files and we will help investigate the matter for you, since you may be the only one having the counting problems. Out statistics are independently verifiable, due to which we have no vested interest to over count or count non-redirected visitors to your site. Moreover, since our system is completely automated, such practice is not possible form our end. After all, we succeed only if you do and we do not believe in shedding our goodwill built over the years in any manner whatsoever.
